Roadtrip

Anybody planning a baseball related roadtrip this season? If so, where are you headed? I'm debating a little Chicago-Milwaukee trip. A Cleveland-Pittsburgh route is a possible alternative.

Not sure if I am going to attempt one this season...After last seasons debacle:angry:

I do have two tentatively planned but not sure if I am going through with either...

The first one is a short weekend trip to Cleveland and Detroit the 7th, 8th and 9th of June to see the Mets and Indians and cant tremember who the Tigers are playing that weekend...

The second trip would be the week trip right after Labor Day and would involve seeing both NY teams, Boston, Philly, Baltimore and the Hall of Fame......

Nothing definite on either trip yet....

Rumor has it that I an going to see a game or two at Shea sometime this summer. Maybe as early as opening day... but definately sometime in July. I will also probably hit up Jacobs Field once or twice like I do most every season. My friend Chuck wants to hit Camden Yards again.

If you guys end up anywhere near Pittsburgh/Cleveland, let me know. I will meet ya there.

Yea... I'll drive to the local AAA farm club about a dozen times and watch the lousy Orioles suspects... that's about the extent of my roadtrips.

Shawn, if I head east, I'll let you know. I'd really like to see the new ballpark in Pittsburgh. It looks a lot like Comerica Park to me.

Of course, I'd like to see Heinz Field. Preferably on gameday. (The Steelers are opening the new Ford Field here in August. It's only a pre-season game, but I may go anyway.)

James, let me know how your Comerica Park plans develop. I'd try to meet you there.
