News just said Randy is staying in Arizona. No reason given yet, but im thinking no teams had any good offers for him, or they came to him too late with a deal.
Now the D-Backs have 1 hour and 18 minutes to either trade Finley or Bautista(Finley the bigger possibility).

Oh, I just found out why. Seems that management is reluctant to trade him now. A month ago they were practically begging Randy to void his no trade, now theyre reluctant. Sounds like Joe Jr has his head firmly up his ass. Randy did say that he would approve it, so the deal is practically done. The only problem is Joe Jr is "reluctant" to do the deal. God dammit, Joe. You had a chance to get good, yound prospects, and you wasted so much time with the Skanks that now you dont want to deal with any other team. Oh, wait, you never even contacted the Yanks. This shows that you are 1. the worst general manager ever, and 2. a pussy. Thats right, youre a pussy. You concocted rumors about a fictional trade and force feeded it on the general public. You, my friend, should be ashamed. YOU ARE THE WORST GENERAL MANAGER IN HISTORY!!!! F**K YOU, JOE!!! AND F**K YOU TOO, PEDRIQUE!!! FOR BEING STUPID AND LEAVING RANDY IN TOO LONG LAST NIGHT. Now, no one is safe. Im coming for your head, Joe Garagiola Jr. You too, Al Pedrique.
Sorry, im a frustrated d-backs fan on the verge of complete anger.

Why would we want to get rid of the one person that has been consitently doing a good job? Even for top prospects. The whole nature of the word prospect implies that they MIGHT be good players. We could have lost a good player for a bunch of schlubs. I say get rid of what ISN'T working. We should have pawned off Edgar Gonzalez or perhaps Cintron. At the very least send him down for a while.
On a different vent, I'm sure glad they brought Mcracken back...he's pretty decent.
