seeing as there hasn't been much to cheer about the past few weeks; for some people anyway, i figured i'd make this win sound as exciting as possible...

david mccarty hit a 3 run homer, and yooooooooouk hit a 2 run double down the left field line. wakefield, who by the way princess, owns the devil rays (5-0 at the trop, 11-1 lifetime) pitched 7 innings giving up 3 runs. embree got two outs, and foulke picked up a 4 out save.

Yeah, it was a good win. It's nice to win the games we are supposed to win. Too bad we can't beat anyone GOOD. *cough cough MINNESOTA cough cough*

BTW, what the HELL was the third base coach thinking sending Manny around third when he got gunned out at the plate? Manny had not even touch third base when the left fielder had the ball. DUMB DUMB DUMB!

Utterly absurd. For that matter, exactly wtf does Dave Wallace do? Everyone of our pitcher's are far worse than their career averages this year. I think he sucks.

we do have the lowest era in the league, so...

both pitching and hitting coaches are really obscure jobs if you ask me...i mean there is only a limited amount a coach can do to that players stance or windup.

Umm, retrack that comment. As PP calls him, the Drug Pusher, HAHAHAHA, made an error the other night that cost the game. Yeah, I know, it was a horrible throw from Gabe. But still. :(
