From what I am hearing the Sox are red hot right now and are catching up on the Yankees. The Jays are coming off a sweep of Baltimore and they are looking to catch up on the D-Rays for 4th place and then the Orioles for their usual 3rd (Which is still possible!)
Pedro Martinez (13-4, 3.78) vs. Ted Lilly (8-8, 3.88) Pedro has been dominant lately of the Jays, but it's amazing how close Lilly's ERA is to Pedro. So it shouldnt be a bad matchup here.
Tim Wakefield (9-7, 4.53) vs. Miguel Batista (9-9, 4.41) Batista has struggled as of late, his ERA was below 4 not long ago. Wake is a knuckle baller that usually fares well against the Jays.
Curt Schilling (15-6, 3.45) vs. Josh Towers (9-4, 4.30) And this is the game that I have been waiting for, my return to SkyDome. Jays have a record of 1-2 when I go there. Schilling is a future hall of famer and Towers has been red hot in the second half, so this should be a good one. :)
