No doubt in my mind. I'm biased, obviously, and I post this out of sheer shock that he just rescued the Yanks AGAIN, but I've bought into the hype, 100%.

He's so damn clutch it's scary :eek:. He's carrying the Yanks, one-armed and all.

did you see his performance not a while ago??? unebelieveable!! struck out everyone, on 10 pitches... arod said "it was like he was mad at someone"

hah, surprisingly Gordon got roughed up in that game too, maybe he was mad at that :naughty: :notme:

He may be their at the top 5, but what i'm saying is he won't win. He'll be competing with guys like Suzuki (great year), Ortiz (amazing year), Tejada (What a year), Ramirez (same old same old :) ), Guerrero.....ect

its going to come down between Vlad, Man Ram, Ortiz, and Sheffield.

Thats not true......remember who won last year? His team was one of the worse teams in AL.

until the white sox series, manny wasnt doing very good in the 2nd half, so that would hurt a bit.

haha I remember that. He was NASTY that day :naughty: :smokin:

I should look up all the clutch hits Sheff has gotten this year when I have time (haha, yeah that'll be never :( ). His numbers from the seventh inning on must be insane this year :eek:
