I expect good things from Pennington. Vick would bring you a nice return with all the hype that follows him. That being said, who would you be able to get to back up QB if you trade Vick for a RB? QBs are at way higher risk to get hurt than any other position, so you'll need a good replacement. Remember, Pennington went down last year for most of the season. It only takes one play.

Any chance you could move a WR for a Warrick Dunn, Tiki Barber, or the like? In a performance league, these guys are legit #3 RB, and they might not cost you as much.

I assume you mean J.Jones? He's been looking good in pre-season, and he's definately going to get more playing time as the season progresses. George may get more TDs but Jones will get a lot of yards.

I am think Kevin Jones for my rookie pick,

I think there will be plenty of qb left that i could use a backup
brady, plummer, leftwich, palmer, sleeper in B johnson, boller. So i am not concerned with picking one up.

dunn and barber in my mind are no good. i don't like either of them. but you are right i could get more out of them than a wr. but i am looking almost for a young back.

Kevin Jones is going to get every opportunity to handle the ball. Harrington, Rogers, and Williams compliment him on offense. The biggest question here is, are there going to be enough TDs to go around.

Dunn and Barber aren't even in the top 25 for regular leagues but can post points in performance formats. Dunn has taken charge down in Atlanta, as he fits into the new offense much better than Duckett.
