This is a young kid that was called up for Tuesday nights game when the Rangers came back and won.
He is a local kid from Grand Prairie, and something like 6'10". He was so pumped up he was throwing 95mph into the 3rd inning. His previous fastest was clocked at 89mph. They are keeping him around and are planning to start him again this weekend.
He might have a future if he continues with that velocity. He also has a pretty good breaking pitch.
