My team right now:

QB B. Favre
WR D. Bennett
WR B. Lloyd
WR R. Gardner
RB W. Dunn
RB T. Wheatley
TE E. Kinney
L. Suggs RB
Leftwich QB
M. Clayton WR
G. Jones RB

Pos Kickers 0-19 FG
K M. Vanderjagt (Ind - K)
BN P. Dawson (Cle - K)

DEF Baltimore (Bal - DEF)
DEF Tampa Bay (TB - DEF)

I'm being offered Booker (WR) for Tamba Bay Defense.
Good trade? Bad trade? I probably need better WR, what else should I get more help with?
Thanks

what are the league details? how many teams? id say your WR are VERY thin. also in my opinion, tampa bay d isnt the same as before so trading them wouldnt be a bad idea having lost lynch and sapp. see if u can get a better WR than booker

Off the top of my head, you should be able to do much better than Booker for the TB D. TB still has a solid group on that side of the ball. Miami's offense is going to have problems. Wanstadt has never coached a potent offense since he's been in the league, and now he's without the focal point of his whole scheme. Don't touch this!

I'd be looking for a player in the class of Hines Ward, Chad Johnson, Andre Johnson, Joe Horn, Santana Moss or Darrell Jackson for the TB Defense

Indeed. Booker seems like a rip.

Thanks for the advice guys! It's 14 teams head to head..most points for touchdowns/yards (passing: 50 yds p/point. rushing: 20 yds p/pt) Negative points for fumbles lost and interceptions.

Anyhow I counteroffered tampa bay for Chad Johnson which he didn't accept. Said I could get Johnson (his best WR) for tampa bay and someone else. What would be a good package deal? I tried to trade tampa bay for McCariens, was rejected. Right now I have a guy who will give me Mason for Tampa Bay? What do you guys think? Mason's been pretty solid.

Any more advice would be appreciated!! (this is my first fantasy football experience. :) )

No problem, anytime you need some input, post it here and we'll see what we can do.

Mason is a top 15 WR - barring injury, you should be able to count on 1100+ yds, and 6-8 TDs. That's not that far off what Chad Johnson will post with the Bengals, maybe a couple fewer TDs.

Another player you could check on is Steve Smith. He looks primed for a big year.

I think Mason is more in line with the caliber of player you should be able to get for TB D.
