I think you have a good team. I say and some people agree that Kickers and defense are a crap shoot so unless you have a terrible one you'll be ok. The offense matters the most. How many teams are there? Categories?

RBs are very nice, LT2 is a stud, Davis is solid, Jones will get his shot, Culpepper is a great QB, Pennington could be a top 10 as a backup. WR - Johnson will be good, I'm skeptical of anything to do with the Dolphin offense, so I'm a bit down on Chambers, Wayne needs to follow up last years success
I agree with Koz on K and D - it's more or less a crapshoot
Your team should do well

I've said this on other sites, and I'll say it here. There is absolutely no reason to carry a backup kicker, and in most cases no reason to carry a backup TE or Defense. In your case, I believe your backup defense is better than your starting D, so I'll let that go, but have you looked at the stats on kickers? There was virtually no difference between the 4th and 20th best kickers last season. Why waste a roster spot on a backup kicker when you can nab a sleeper RB or WR? Also don't understand why you'd spend a 10th round pick on a kicker either.
There's absolutely no purpose for a backup TE in your situation. New England has a ton of TEs, and Daniel Graham is slated to see a majority of the workload. Total waste of a pick.
Now, I don't want you to think I'm ripping you apart, because these are basically minor flaws. Now to the positives:
Your QBs are stellar. I would consider trading Pennington and S. Davis for a lesser QB and a more solid RB. I don't like S. Davis, as DeShaun Foster is bound to cut into Davis' carries.
LT is a fantasy stud. Thomas Jones is hit or miss, but not a bad gamble.
WR is a bit scary, only because you have no exit plan should Chambers flop in that mess of an offense in Miami.
I think you got a steal in Jacksonville's defense. They were #2 against the run last season, and looked to have improved the secondary.
I think you've got a good team, but need to make some moves to move into the elite category and bring home the big prize.

Thank you for all the feedback guys. I am trying to get Rudi Johnson right now for Steven Davis, and I am shopping Pennington around for a better WR and a decent backup QB.
Chevy - The only reason I have those backups is because all three you mentioned(TE, D, and K) have bye week 4, so I am just keeping them around until then.

I'vs made a few small changes-
Dropped Watson for Desmond Clark, and dropped Terry Glenn for Muhammad(Car)
I figured I would give Muhammad a shot, with Smith breaking his leg.

I got proposed this trade --
Ward
Toomer
M. Robinson
for
Chad Johnson
I like these guys, but I think Chad Johnson is gonna do a lot this season, and this would force me to drop 2 players.

I like Chad and since you have to drop 2 players to accept it I would decline.
I'd decline - you're getting three average players for one top 5-7 guy, plus you lose because you have to drop two players
