So first I hear that Christopher Reeve died and I was shocked and then I heard about Ken Caminiti. :(
I hope that his death can be a positive and save the life of at least one young person who thinks they need to do drugs to be a popular athlete or just "fit in" with their friends. Still very sad. He was only 41.
RIP Ken.

OMG!
I had no idea! That is tragic. :(
An excellent ballplayer, and one I was priveleged to see, albeit briefly near the end of his career.
My thoughts to his family and friends at this time.
RIP Ken.

Wow I heard this on the way back from the gym!!!!!!!!
This guy was one of my favs. I saw him hit some bombs when he was with the Pods in 97..... The way I played the game when I played and when I play any game is the way this guy did it every day!!!!
May his death not go in vain!!!!!! PULL YOUR HEADS OUT OF YOUR ASSES MLB AND THE UNION!!! Dont let these guys kill themselves with the juice and I hope that all people will see that drugs dont pay!!!

:(
So sad.
We can only hope that his death at a young age can be a lesson to young people - athletes or otherwise - about what drugs and enhancers can do to you. I hope the message gets through.
