Nothing of significance happens in a playoff series until the home team loses.
Bird found himself down 0-2 often, and won. In fact, he expected it.
A little positive fat to chew on.

Time to make this a series.
Brown the Clown is going down. A rainout tomorrow gives Petey the rest to start game 5.

I still believe we'll be going to 7 games!
But if boston sweep at home, we have a shot for 4 in a row!

Larry Bird also once said "Off the scoreboard, off the backboard, nothing but net."

I dunno. I'm tired of Bob's goddamn my girl is in town excuses.
Bob...she is marrying a REDSOX fan. It is post-season. She needs to give you the time to comisserate with your friends.
Buy her something and get your ass in here. :)

I'm rooting hard for the Sox. It looks like my Astros can't find a pitcher outside of Oswalt, Clemens, and Lidge. Ironically, we find ourselves in the same situation. We need huge wins at home. Let's get this thing done and meet on Halloween. (which by the way, why are we playing baseball that late anyway? Let's cut the regular season down to 154 games and give an extra week for the playoffs so we aren't playing November baseball)

We're rooting for you too Zilla. At least you have 2 aces. We're down to 1. :(

Okay Sox, no giving up on me. Take this thing one at a time. If you win game five then you have Petey in game six. Who knows, maybe Schilling can come back for a game seven.
