Fryman is driving the ball better than he did last year. He was bothered by elbow and shoulder problems in 2001and he had shoulder surgery in December. Fryman says this is the first spring in seven or eight years that his shoulder hasn't bothered him. He will again try to play with a torn elbow ligament, which needs Tommy John surgery. Fantasy Spin: This is good news, though Fryman shouldn't be thought of as anything more than a sleeper. His elbow is a big concern and could force him to miss games, as could his shoulder.
