Jeter winning a Gold Glove?!? Give me a break. That's some sh!t. After a couple years riddled with injury problems, Omar returned to full strength and proved he's still one of the best shortstops in the league. Yes his arm isn't as strong anymore and his range has gone done a little bit, but O is still the best defensive SS in the league. He had the fewest errors and second highest (by only .001) fielding percentage in the league. I hate Jeter.

I know what you mean, there's no way Jeter deserbed that over Vizquel.

omar really picked things up after that horrible first month.

He really did. He had a horrible few week stretch, but once May hit, he was the same old Omar.

Jeter getting a gold glove is ABSURD. ABSURD.

Omar not getting one is equally absurd. :angry:

He's not even the best shortstop on his team. There's a good 5-6 SS in the AL alone who are better than he is.
