You know, I was pulling for this last year, but there's so many good defensive outfielders in the AL, so I wasnt surprised, I was a little surprised that it happened this year since he was injured for a bit, but I'm happy, he deserved it.

He joins John Olerud, Tony Fernandez, Kelly Gruber, Devon White, Roberto Alomar and Jesse Barfield as Toronto Gold Glovers. I feel like I've left someone out:notme: Anyone else?

Shawn Green won a Gold Glove in 1999.

I was suprised at Wells selection as well, but happy to see it. He's a great fielder.
