Why did we let Cabrera go?
WHY? PEdro will come back but VAritek?
We need both VAritek and Cabrera.

Blue, what are you talking about? We have not let Cabrera go yet. We are negotiating with him. Unless I missed something.........has he signed with someone?

what i meant was now he has an oppertunity of signing with another team. there are other teams out there interested, boston should have pushed to sign him before.

he wasnt going to sign with anyone else.

plus they could just get someone for one year. they dont want to have someone locked up for several years when their best prospect will be ready by the end of next year.

What they want to do is sign someone on the cheap for 2 years unitl Hanley Rameriz in AA is ready
