According to a report on TSN this morning, Rob Ray is suing the NHLPA for not including him in the $10,000 a month lockout money it's paying the players.
Ray is considered an unsigned free agent...he also spoke out a few weeks ago, that he would "cross the line" and play hockey if the NHL tried using replacement players next year.
Interesting to see how this will play out....Ray has 15 years in the league.
