If the trade between Pdaj and myself is voted to stand. What would keep anyone from going and editing a trade after it was posted and accepted by both parties? I accepted a trade and it was edited after the fact. I never posted a new confirmation and yet the trade is being voted on? I sure hope there is a new rule that is made to cover this. It could get very ugly. Then you have a teams word against another teams.

I do not blame Pdaj for making this trade. I do not feel that he knew that Smelly was going to change his mind. I never asked him to take the deal back until I saw that it was not an offical deal. There is a loop hole here and there is no question about it. Now it is just a he said / she said deal. The fact is that the post was edited after I confirmed it and regardless of waht Pdaj assumed, it was not reconfirmed as a new deal. A deal that involves invalid players or picks is void. A new dela has to be posted and confirmed and this did not happen.

It's simple, really.

If it's edited, it will say "Edited by (name) at (time)". When you post a message, there is a time the message was posted. If it's edited after the confirmation post, it's void. If it's edited before the confirmation post, it stands.

That is exactly what happend and the dates and times support that. You can go and look at the original post if you want. However the league seems to be OK with forcing the deal to go through regardless of this. I hope everyone knows the situation before they voted.

Givehyzduashot seems to understand exactly what happend here. Does everyone else who voted?
