MLB Player rankings?

I was curious does anyone know how to know or figure out what a player is ranked by MLB? Free Agents are ranked A, B, C and I was curious if that is published anywhere.

Well you do know that Bill can do some pretty good stuff with a computer to enhance photo's;)
