It seems the motto of the Rangers these days.
We are making as little noise as we can this off season. Just so we can pounce out of the gate strong again I hope. We did sign a past his prime catcher this off season. But other then letting go of a few vets, the noise has been non-existent. It seems wierd after the days of free spending off seasons when we paid double of what players were worth, ie Juan Gonzalez!!
Now we seem content to coddle the minor leaguers. Rehab the injuries to our pitching staff last year, and give long contracts to the youngsters that have shown some signs of greatness. Could it be that we have found a plan, something to drag us into the post season?
Only time will tell, but I like what we are doing based on last year and the talent I see daily here at the Ballpark in Arlington!!
