:laff: baker doesnt want him gone. he just doesnt want to deal with the headaches (including media headaches). Most of the position players now are of the mind that its water under the bridge. Even Dempster and Barrett who ravaged him in october have said that the only apology thats needed is to heal himself.

they'd rather trade him, but they arent going to go for junk. they'll pay a portion of his salary, but not the whole thing.

He'll most likely be here come regular season, and he will be pissed off and will perform up to reallistic expectations (.275 35 100)
