I went and kicked the tires on Coors field yesterday, and thought I'd post a few pics of what's going on.

They're building a brick wall behind home plate, which I think will be kinda' cool. Of course, we know why - it'll be for the benefit of the rookie catcher. They're hoping the passed balls will bounce back to him, and he doesn't have to chase 'em around too much, haha -

You can't really see anything, but they're building the wall underneath this plastic tent - it's been on the chilly side around here -

Here's a view from up above - you can see sorta' where the wall will be in relation to home plate -

They're installing a new DiamondVision screen over the scoreboard - I guess Sony quit making parts for the JumboTron that they had -

This is Long's Peak - I thought it was looking rather fetching with a new 30+ inch blanket of snow -

If you want to look at a few others, you can check them out <a href="http://www.rockiebill.com/coors_field_2_2_05/coors_field_2_2_05.html">HERE</a>.

That will look good behind home plate there I think... And I dont think it matters to much because the Rox dont steal or run anyway so the wall wont hurt them....

I look forward to getting down there again this year Bill!!!!
