Head Coach Crennel!!!

New England defensive coordinator Romeo Crennel accepted an offer to coach the Cleveland Browns, his agent told The Associated Press shortly after the Patriots' Super Bowl victory Sunday night.

Joe Linta said Browns president John Collins called Crennel "about two minutes" after the Patriots beat the Philadelphia Eagles to offer him his first head coaching job.
"He has accepted, pending us working out a contract," Linta said from Jacksonville, Fla. "Hopefully, we can get it done quickly and he can begin putting together a staff."

I dont know why K19 I have always liked the Browns. I guess because they always seemed to play the Broncos so I always went for them... ;)

Thanks for the support, I'm really looking forward to seeing what Romeo'll do. He says he wants to go to a 3-4 scheme, but I have a feeling once he evaluates our LBs he'll have second thoughts.

Also, congrats PP and Bob. I truelly envy you and all the Bosotn fans. It's really a special time for their dominance. I think Boston is one of the few cities who've suffered enough heartache to no take this granted. So enjoy it as much as you can.

Romeo is SO EXCITED!!!!!! He gave a billion interview last night discussing how thrilled he is to be the Browns coach. :thumbsup: I can't wait to see Cleveland succeed, and knock off those loud mouth, can't win an AFC Championship game at home Steelers. :)
