It is unknown yet what the problem is. He is in good condition NOW, and is being held for testing. He had stroke like symptons. :(
Get better Teddy.

Diagnosis was a broken blood vessel in his head. Cause not yet known. He is expected to be fine.
I was afraid that he would have to retire (worse case senario of course). Oh man...this is a relief.

That's terrible. :(
He temporarily lost his vision in one eye and was partially paralyzed. They think he may have had a minor stroke.
Yahoo! Sports - NFL - Reports: Bruschi had broken blood vessel in head, possible stroke (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-patriots-bruschi&prov=ap&type=lgns)
I hope he's okay.

Tedy did have a mild stroke, but they said that he's walking and talking normally.
Thank God he's alright. :)

yikes. a guy that young shouldnt be having strokes, no matter how minor. and bob, the worst case scenario with what he had was death, though that only happens with larger blood vessels.

broken blood vessels... even minor ones, can be a pretty serious condition and should not be taken lightly at all. Sometimes, the effects of such a thing do not show up for weeks... or even months.
I do not like Teddy, but I do hope that he recovers and is able to play football again...
