That's what Jayson Stark claims anyway. Taken from the INsiders chat thingie (I just copied it from another site, it's pointless to pay for that crap. It's so stupid they charge for the dumbest stuff like the top 100 fantasy seasons of all time. Who gives a rip about that and why is it that special to be part of their pay service?)
Dave (Erie, PA): Jayson, whats your outlook on the Tribe this year?
SportsNation Jayson Stark: This is a really intriguing team. It's tough to pick the Indians to win because so many things would have to go right. But I truly believe this is the deepest team in baseball, 1-25. They can absorb injuries or young guys who aren't ready better than just about anyone out there. They were a game out of first place last August. It wouldn't surprise me if they contended all year. But if you could look into the future and tell me what they'll get out of Kevin Millwood, Juan gonzalez, Bob Wickman, Jhonny Peralta and Jason Davis, I'd have a lot better chance of predicting whether they're a playoff team. A lot of upside in this group, but too much uncertainty - for now.
