Hey to all you Denver people. What station does Rocks updates and what times?

More along the lines of the ones online so I can hear what is going on? Thanks for any info....

The radio station is KOA, 850AM. They don't do regular updates, but they are the Rockies flagship station - if there's any news, you'll get it here first.

Fox Sports (FSRM) is the TV station, but again, no regular updates. They do own 20% of the team, though, and will broadcast 160 games this season.

KOA has streaming audio (you have to sign up at http://www.850koa.com/listen/index.html ), but not sure about Fox.

I was just wondering that if there was a time when they talked to Jeff or Jack or someone else. I know on 760 they would always talk to one of them around 1 to 2. I was just wondering if there was something along those times also...

Good summary there, Bill. I'm sure 950, the Fan does some Rox stuff as well...mainly during the season.

I will be coming down Dan!!!!!!

I want to come down for the Cards game but after looking at it I dont think I will be able to make that time. I am taking WAY to much time off this year and this summer. I have a 2 cus's getting married and some family crap I have to do. I think I might try to get the Tigers games in June. I will have to see but I like to go to a Rox game for my birthday thing ;) But I will be down this year!!!!!

Also, 30 minutes before each game, Jeff and Jack do the Rockies pre-game show on KOA. That should start with the Spring Training games. There was also a Dan O'Dowd show once a week last season (Mondays?). Once the season starts and I figure out the format, I'll get it posted.

And Dan's right about 950 - they're always trying to 'scoop' KOA, since KOA has the rights to the Rockie games. And when the Rockies are pre-empted from KOA for some reason, the games are on KHOW, 630AM. Denver radio sucks, as just about all the stations are owned by Clear Channel.
