A Request for help

Those who frequent the other threads know my attempts to catch on with the Astros as a sabermetrician were rebuffed (even though they said they were impressed with my credentials). I've decided to throw my hat into the ring on Texas's other big league team. However, I've run into a snag. With the Astros, I sent my resume to the GM, Director of Baseball Operations, and Director of Human Resources. I want to do the same with the Rangers, but the VP of Human Resources is someone by the name of Terry Turner. Would any Ranger happen to know whater Turner is a man or woman? I don't want to address the cover letter incorrectly for obvious reasons. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
