The 2001 Home Run Derby participants have been announced. They are:
- Barry Bonds
- Sammy Sosa
- Bret Boone
- Luis Gonzalez
- Todd Helton
- Alex Rodriguez
Anyone have any predictions on who you think will win?

Just for the record, put me down for Luis Gonzalez. That guy is just on fire. All of them have a legit shot, though.

According to a new article I just read, Manny Ramirez and Troy Glaus have both been added to the HR Derby.

Just a personal preferrence, but I'd much rather see Giles in the derby than Brett Boone...

Giambi really put on a show, but it kinda' took him out of the next round. I'm not real fond of the head to head match-ups in the second round. They should go head to head in the final round only, imho, which would have been Giambi and Sosa.
