I love Johnny, but geez..was it neccessary for him to discuss how he cheated on his wife? That said, I'm buying it. :D

What professional athlete has NOT cheated on his wife? Long road trips...hot, loose women hanging around hotels...groupies who'll bang anyone...seriously, I would imagine that percentage of athletes who are faithful to their wives in very small. I don't want to hear about it though.

Thats reminds me about Doug Christie and his pyscho relationshp with his wife, Jackie. Shes at every single game. She follows him on the team bus in her car from the hotel to the stadium and vice versa. And while they are in transit to the stadium (which is probably a 5 minute ride) she would call him on his cell phone. He's not allowed to be interviewed by female reporters. Also, when he was in Toronto, there were female workers who would bring in stat sheets to the players in the locker room. That made Jackie "uncomfortable", so Doug would start changing in another room. Now thats one way of making sure youre spouse dont cheat.

Anna Benson has another way. She threatened to sleep with every single man affiliated with the Mets (including groundscrew and batboys) if Kris cheats.

Thats also my woman's choice of threat. She scares me by saying "you know how us crazy vietnamese women are." She says it with a straight face. :eek:

I guess I just wanted the book to be about baseball. I'm just not interested in Damon's personal life. It makes him unlikeable.
