:Puter: Staked to a 6-0 lead, he proceeds to give up 7. :angry: His last 2 starts have been awful, and his spring ERA is 5.40.
I suggest he put down the goddamn guitar and focus already.

Just look at it the way actors do -- a lousy dress rehearsal means a great performance when it counts.
As an aside, Gina and I talked the other night about how tough it's going to be to have to cheer for Boomer. I've rooted against him for so long that I don't know if I'll be able to do it and really mean it.

yeah...im gonna have trouble with that one as well...never been a fan of wells, so...

He needs to concentrate on his pitches and have good location. SOme of his pitches were a bit to high and resulted to hits. He must control his pitches.
