I had to miss the home opener tonight :(, but we lost it 6-5 to the defending champs. Davd Bush went five innings and gave up 3 runs, while Eric Hinske hit his second homerun, and Russ Adams hit his first (the first one that he hit in the year he wins ROY)

Good win today, and we will be tied for first in the East by the end of the day. Wells, Koskie and Hillenbrand hit back to back homeruns, and Greg Zaun capped it with a grand slam.

The Jays may have lost yesterday, but they fought back valiantly. Today the went toe to toe with the champs and were able to outscore them. I'm really happy with what I've seen so far. Halladay was still a little rough around the edges, but hopefully he'll be returning to his dominant self soon. On the other hand, I'm not so sure Red Sox fans are too excited by David Wells performance so far this year.

Well done by the Jays.
Always nice to see Red Sox go down. Good job winning the series against them this weekend.
It's good to see the O's and Jays do well in the AL East.

Agreed. I'm going to enjoy the Jay's stay atop the division for as long as I can. :D

Thanks, Princess.
So, does anyone think it's too early to book a World Series victory parade in Toronto? :gt: http://img194.echo.cx/img194/3609/wink38cm.gif (http://www.imageshack.us)
