I really have no pulse yet for this team. We seem in a confused state, especially in the bullpen. We have given away 5 games already. And that is worrying to me. But the hits keep coming, Blaylock is being PATIENT? and leading in walks this year in the AL, and the D behind our pitching is just playing great.
Yet, our pitching wants to keep picking at the corners and giving guys free rides to first. Why can't we just throw strikes? Let the defense pick you up. I think Chan Ho finally realized that last night or something. He pitched great, 1 hitter into the 5th I think. Just letting the guys make the outs behind him, and not walking batters.
Let's see what Toronto can bring in here this weekend. We play 4 against them, and some of our pen could be getting off the DL soon too. So that might help out alot. They need a spark right now.
