Today, the game is coming from Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia as Clint Hurdle's Rockies butt heads with Charlie Manuel's Phillies.

Battle of two very good pitchers is on the bump this afternoon in South Philly as Joe Kennedy is pitching for the good guys and ex-Yankee Jon Leiber is pitching for the bad guys.

This should be a very good game.

Rockies are playing very good. To sweep Philly would be great for morale and it could get us back in the NL West.

GO ROCKIES!

You gotta give Leiber credit. He pitched a very good game this afternoon for the Phillies. Leiber has earned his money so far. I thought he was overpaid for the Phillies, but he has earned that money. I can't believe the Yankees let him walk. He could have provided stability to that starting rotation. I rather have Leiber in my rotation than Jaret Wright.

The important thing is that they won at least one in Philly.

I wasn't upset about the loss at all today. You just tip your hat to Leiber.
