Here's a couple of more tidbits from Jon Garland's win against Detroit;

Garland became the 1st White Sox pitcher to hurl back-to-back shutouts since "Black Jack" McDowell tured the trick in 1991.

Garland's 5 wins pitching in the #5 slot in the rotation equals the entire win total from the #5 slot from the 2004 season.

I think Clemens was the last one to throw 2 straight shutouts with less then 5 hits allowed. Good pitching by Garland. :thumbsup:
