Could this division be the division to watch this year and can we get a wild card out of that division?

I think the AL Central will be very interesting this year unlike in years past. The White Sox has always had the talent to be a very good team over the years and this year, the team is playing to its potential so far. The Twins are the Twins. They will be a factor and you have to figure their offense won't stink forever. The Indians were a chic pick to win the division this year. They have struggled, but I don't think they will struggle forever. The pitching has been fine and eventually, the hitting will keep up. Detroit has been very solid so far and you have to figure they will get better.

With the AL East being pretty tight along with the West, I could see a wild-card coming out of that division.

I expect this to be a photo finish in the AL Central.

It sure could be but it is also looking a bit like last year also. Where some teams hung close until about the mid point or a bit later and when they had to win they fell out.

I have to wait and see how Frank does and how it affects the team after he comes back with the Sox. But with the Yanks strugles and such it could be a fight for the wild card in the central.

This year could be different. Anyway, I posed this query because I am going to write a piece on the division for a website tommorow. I will let you know when it's published.

Oh ya it sure could be different and I am sure it will be. That is the reason they play out the games. Nothing has ever been won on paper.

Cant wait to read it.
