Sorry it's a little late, had it posted on my site, forgot to put it up here.

Ryan Franklin
Seattle Mariners
He’s 1-7 in his past nine after winning his first start of the season. His ERA is hovering just below 5.00. He was ejected in the third inning of his last start after hitting a batter. But he has good stuff and can go on a run. This week he faces unfamiliar hitters in pitcher’s parks in Florida and Washington.

Glendon Rusch
Chicago Cubs
Rusch has been outstanding in a spot starter roll for the Cubs while Prior and Wood have been out. His success will not last long term and he will not be available much longer, but you can ride him while he’s hot. This week he goes against Toronto and Boston, but should put up solid numbers.

Josh Fogg
Pittsburgh Pirates
Fogg has been solid all year. He has had his ups and downs, but has maintained a decent 4.12 ERA. This week he faces Baltimore, but then comes Tampa Bay. If he can hang tough vs. the Orioles, he should have a good week.

Tom Glavine
New York Mets
Back-to-back very good starts for Glavine and his complete disregard in fantasy put him back on my list. He only makes one start, but I didn’t like too many of those pitching on Monday and Tuesday. Glavine gets the struggling Astros in Shea and should be solid again.

This is just a sample. Check out my previous picks and the results on the site in my sig.
