Twins sign Warren Morris
FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Minnesota Twins signed former Pittsburgh second baseman Warren Morris to a minor league contract on Friday. Morris, considered a future star after finishing third in the 1999 NL Rookie of the Year voting, was cut by the Pirates on Thursday. If Morris makes the team, he'll get a $275,000, one-year contract and a chance to earn $100,000 in performance bonuses.
i hope he does good for the twins now thats hes given his chance.
