babs wanted OUR opinions. When something NON Sox related happens in sports, one of us will usually start a thread saying hey Sox fans, how do you feel about this?

We do this because

A: We care about eachother's opinions in this forum.

B: We don't give a crap about outsider's opinions. :D

C: We know we can debate in here without someone crying.

Normally I'd be pissed that his suspension was lifted, but this makes me happy. Why? Because I am very much looking forward to the Sox fans booing the ass snot out of him tonight, then watching the Sox knock the crap out of him. :)

Thats a definite WORD!!! But you guys do know hes got the second lowest ERA in the league, right behind Haliday? But if we can hit Santana, I think Rogers should get pounded.

Boston fans know enough to boo Kenny Rogers, but they don't care enough to really let him have it. If Rogers did something that directly affected Sox fans, it'd be a different story.

I know exactly what you mean. At Shea, people boo Chipper Jones because, back in 1999, he told Mets fans to put on their Yankee gear so we could root for them. It took a while, but now it seems that Mets fans only boo him for old time's sake. The hatred just isn't quite as strong anymore.

But Mike Hampton? He'll be booed with feeling until the day he retires.
