Its a game in which there would be 1 commishioner who actually has the game and he does all the actual changes to the rosters and all.

Basically you are the GM/Manager of a team. It has all real players, realistic stats, past records, everything. You make lineup changes, trades, sign and resign FA, manage the minor leagues, sign free agent coaches, everything.

It's not very hard to learn how to play basically the main part is you just set your lineups and PM them to the league commish before the deadline he sets to have them in before he does the sim.

When the commish does the sim, and when it's done he uploads it to the site through a FTP account (which im not very familiar with)

At this moment I don't have a fast enough internet to do it with because it would take ages to upload but I may be able to find someone who would be willing to run a league here if the people in charge are interested in letting us have one here.

http://www.alt0133.com/ootp/ that is the link to a league that I am in. It hasn't started yet which is good because you can see what the rosters are like and all. The great part about it is the rosters are up to date to the exact day because the person that has the roster file updates it daily and it can be downloaded.
