Of course, Jacqui, I guess all of us have our own personal hell, but I was looking more for an annual deal. Think about it, no sports of any consequence on this day.

No, today is the worst day of the year since Houston and a few others get a 4-day break from action while the rest of MLB is cranking right back up. I'm telling y'all, MLB's schedule maker must be required to take a hit of Mescaline before making out the schedules each year.

this day can't be the worst day of the year. on this day one year ago, jimy williams was out and phil garner was in as manager of our beloved astros.

You got a point there Austin, it was a good day last year. A really good day. However, for me it is the antithesis of Opening Day. Enough on the negative though. I've actually heard some pundits now pick the Astros to make the playoffs. What a difference a year makes.
