oh i agree with ya. why do you think i love lee so much??!? his offense is nice, but its his defense that also keeps us in games. If Lee wasnt at first, aramis probably has 25 errors by now (he has 9, mostly fielding) and neifi would probably have around an additional 10 by now.

but ortizzle wouldnt be able to make that play, thats for sure. neither would giambi.

I'm a firm believer that a good first baseman makes the rest of the infield look better than they might ordinarily be. There's a reason the Sox brought in Mientkiewicz last year and Olerud this year. Millar's just not a good first baseman.

I think Millar has out last his stay in Fenway. We don't dislike him, but when he start whinning about playing time, then there's a problem. It's like Strikehorn complain about playing time. Bellhorn and Millar are just bad to me. :/
