Who do I drop for Pettitte?

His era is great and he's been pitching great so far. I know he's only 6-7 but still...
I'm having a tough decision on who to drop.
My options are:
Maddux (not having a "good" year)
Loaiza
Cappuano
Rogers (He might miss his 4 next starts)

I need wins, K's and especially a good era and WHIP.

Loaiza has done very will for a very good washington team he's not the one I would want to get raid of of the bunch.

Cappy has been one of the best left handed pitchers in the league this year and he has been getting better. Trust me when I say stick with him.

Maddux he may or may not turn it around. Your guess is as good mine.

Rogers is a old pitcher at the end of his carrer and I just don't trust that he can keep up his good play.

So the way I see it's Maddux or Rogers.

But if you ask what one I would pick to Drop. I go with Rogers becouse I don't trust he can keep up his good play and the fact he will mess 4 starts could be enough to get a pitcher out of a grove.
