I love college football and I thought I would come to Addict Sports and talk football, baseball, and basketball!

These are running backs you may or may not have heard of that will do some big things for their respective teams.

I have composed a list of running backs to look out for:

Deangelo Williams, Memphis
Courtney Lewis, Texas A&M
Leon Washington, Florida State
Tyrone Moss, Miami
Andre Hall, USF
Reggie Bush, USC
Adrian Peterson, Oklahoma
Darius Walker, Notre Dame
Dontrell Moore, New Mexico
Marshawn Lynch, Cal
Cedric Humes/Mike Imoh, Virginia Tech (possible 2 headed monster)
Mike Hart, Michigan
Laurence Maroney, Minnesota
Jamario Thomas, North Texas
Jason Colson, West Virginia
Cornell Brockington, Conneticut

That's my list, if anybody has input or additions feel free! I should have a list of breakout defensive players coming soon.

I agree Baseball Guru, Riggs, Jones, and Lundy are gamers. But, P.J. Pope could have a lot of success with Bowling Green because of their quarterback Omar Jacobs.

Agreed about Pope but I think he will shine this season and possibly come out of Jacobs shadow...

Welcome to Addicts, AB Freak! I'm glad to see you took my advice

Less than 5 weeks now from kickoff...I can't wait. We'll be talking tons of college football then.

As far as the RBs go, ya'll just about covered them all. One dark horse (assuming he's not red shirted) is Toney Baker of N.C. State. He could be this year's Adrian Peterson.

I am looking forward to see how Leon Washington and Lorenzo Booker do in 2005 season, I expect both of them rush over 1,000 yards.

Go Seminoles in ACC!!!!

Sorry James no Wyomig RB for this list. They all have glass jaws and then the Pokes would have to stop throwing the ball if they did run it some... :D
