A Bizzare Finish

Anyone see how the A's game ended this afternoon?

Here's what happened.With the score tied at 4 in the bottom of the 9th with 2 out,and Jason Kendall at 3rd and Eric Chavez at bat,Angels catcher Jose Molina threw the ball back to closer Francisco Rodriguez.K-Rod tried to nonchalantly catch the ball,but the ball ended up getting past Rodriguez and Kendall made amad dash to home for the game winning run.

With the bizzare win,the A's now move into sole possession of 1st place for the 1st time this season.

I think Rodriguez was pissed at the ball call (it sure looked like a strike to me) and was glaring at the ump when the catcher threw the ball back.

Agreed, that did look like a strike but he's got to get his head out of his ass... His bonehead mistake cost them the game.. A very bizarre ending to the game....
