So help me out. The 'banned substance' policy, is it ONLY steroids or is it for any banned substance (i.e. cocaine?). I know MLB doesn't release the substance that the player tested positive for, so I was just wondering if the 30 day suspension means it could only be steroids or could it be non-steroid drugs?
