Sorry - I am never one to go on and on about things. I guess Shad knew about the pregnancy, but I don't think anyone else did. Dad was plenty nervous all the way through til Kylie arrived healthy. My wife had gestational diabeties, high blood pressure, her age, and some other issues to deal with, so until the baby was here, I wasn't going to say anything.

As a matter of fact, we just got out of the hospital, this morning. Kylie had to be checked in on Tuesday with a problem they found in a blood test. My wife and I stayed at the hospital with her. We are both beat, but the only thing that counts is that Kylie is okay now and home!

Thanks for all the kind words, everyone! I think she's pretty cute, too.

Thanks for asking. She is doing great today. It's great to see her more alert and with her eyes open more. We gave her her first bath at home yesterday.

Kylie came to Daddy's baseball game today. :-) She's my girl!

If I knew anything about how to edit pictures, I'd post some more. I have taken lots of photos, but they are all so high resolution that it takes so long to download them, that the operation times out before they are posted.

This is Kylie Jo, plus a proud Mom and Dad, at Dad's state tournament baseball game. She was two days and four hours old when the Tournament director took this photo. It isn't the greatest picture but they are going to post it at the league website with the caption; Youngest Fan Ever to Attend a State Tournament Game.

Good thing Mom is a staunch baseball fan!
