No not that Giambi, Jeremy...
The A's plan to use Jeremy as their leadoff hitter to start the season. Dont look for Art Howe to give him the green light on the bases (he's no gazelle). This might hurt his RBI totals but increase his at bats. Originally slated to start the season as the DH but now will play the outfeild while Jermaine Dye will DH as he recovers from a broken leg.

Hmmmm, this is an interesting move for the A's....
He has never even stolen 1 base in the major leagues....
Not the greatest hitter but does have a decent OBP% I guess....Had a pretty good season last year especially OBP% wise...I guess that is what Howe is looking at....
