I think he ought to resign if the Padres don't make the playoffs. This team is too good to miss it. I for one am dissapointed with this team. This team should do better. I am thinking World Series with this team, but they haven't gotten it done. Personally, I think they need a manager who can kick some butt. I am talking about Al Newman.

What do you think?

I don't like some of Bochy's lineup decisions, but I still think Towers should go. He has made some really bad trades.

Memo to Bruce Bochy - ERIC YOUNG SHOULD NOT BE BATTING THIRD IN ANY LINEUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT TO MENTION HE STINKS IN LEFT FIELD!

They both need to go. It's time for a manager who can go kick some ass and it's time for a GM who will keep his mouth shut. I like to see Al Newman (Twins 3B coach) manage the Padres and I want to see Wayne Krivsky (Twins assistant GM) be the GM of the Padres. Those two can make the Padres an elite team. Bochy is a nice man, but he is an average manager at best. It seems that he tolerates mediocrity. Al Newman would not tolerate this. I tell ya that now.

Bochy is a freaking idiot. I got to watch the Rockies/Padres game Friday and the Rockies announcers were talking about how we have so much talent and that we should do better. I agree. We are too good to be this bad. I am embrassed to see us in first place with that horrible record.

Eric Young looked brutal Friday night. His baserunning gaffe was awful and his play in the OF was horrible too.
