This was a big win for the Sox last night.Tadahito Iguchi's 2-run shot off Mariners closer Eddie Guardado was the difference in a 5-3 sox win at Safeco.

Rookie CF Brian anderson hit his 1st 2 home runs in that game, both off 19-year-old phenom Felix Hernandez.

El Duque was solid in his outing, and things look very good right now as the sox have now won 3 straight and 4 of the last 5.

Let's keep it up now.

Got home from work late so missed most of the game, and never did get to see either of Andersons HRs :(

Saw his double and sac bunt though, and saw Tadahito blast that HR out :D

It's nice to win 2 of 3 on the West Coast for a change.
Now it's on to Texas

I was at that game. Anderson hit two line drive home runs that were very impressive. The first was to left field, and the second was to dead center. With each one, there was no question. I left the game very impressed with him.

Amderson was the White Sox #1 pick in the 2003 First Year Player Draft. They have very high hopes for this kid.
