For any of you who have had minor interest in my CD, but not enough to shell out the dough - CDBaby just added an option to divert all (100%) of the profits of CDs to the Red Cross to assist the relief effort for Katrina victims.

So, if you were planning on contributing to the Red Cross anyway, doing so via this route will get you a CD as well.

Sandy, I just bought your CD by way of PayPal. I want to buy a few more so I can donate more. How do I do this? It only appears to let me buy ONE quantity at a time.

Princess,

I got your order info just as I was leaving work Friday - and there seems to be a problem. It was telling me that in order to accept your order, I would have to upgrade my Paypal account to accept credit cards directly. This would be a $25 per MONTH fee, (and to date I've sold a grand total of 1 CD via PayPal, so that isn't an option).

The one I DID sell via PayPal did not have this requirement, so I'm confused as to what is going on. Unfortunately, all the info I need is at work, so it'll be Tuesday before I can look into this further.

I will be in Florida till Friday, but I will have a chance to use a computer. Should I order another way? I'll be home all night. Tell me what to do and I'll do it.

Princess,

I got things straightened out with PayPal, (there are 3 levels - and I was SUPPOSED to already be at level 2 -- so, as of this morning, your original order has been processed, and any subsequent orders should go thru w/o a problem.)

I set up the default PayPal link assuming people would only be ordering 1 at a time, (guess I should've been more optimistic). To keep things simple, it was the easiest way to hard-code postage. You can order more at one time from CDbaby, but as of this morning, they only have 1 of my CDs in stock, (I'm sending a new shipment to them today).

Probably the easiest thing for you to do at this point, is go back and order via my PayPal link, (though you'll have to do it 1 at a time - sorry). Once I get your total order, I'll put them all in one package to you - and whatever savings in postage that results will go to the Red Cross as well.
