So far, this team has been pretty impressive. Especially considering that they have shut down the offense at halftime in both games...
Troy has been amazing so far. It is unreal how many different spots this guy can line up on defense. Anywhere from DLine to linebacker, ot safety, and he m oves around a lot before the p lay so that QBs dont know where he is. I love it.
I dont remember who it was who said that Ben was not going to have a good season, but so far he is averaging right around 20 yards per completion and has only 6 incomplete passes in two games.
Next week, will be our first real test of the season.

Last season, the Steelers ended the Patriots record 18 straight re gular season wins. Next w eek, the Steelers go for win #18 straight against the Patriots.

Solid looking game for the Steelers.
A solid looking team. I love the way they are using the TE also. (From what little I have been watching them at least)

I have been trying to keep myself from getting too excited about this team because we have only played Tennessee and Houston...that being said, we look nigh unbeatable.
We just have too many playmakers on both sides of the ball. Willie Parker may be a superstar in the making (I don't want to jump the gun, but it hasn't even been close to a fluke the way he is playing...he looks tremendous), Roethlisberger's been deadly, and today Ward looked like he was back in the swing of things with 2 td catches, and several more big catches.
On defense, what can anyone say about Polamalu? He's unbelievable (3 sacks today), and the fact that he stands out on a defense that also includes Joey Porter, James Farrior, Aaron Smith and Casey Hampton is saying something.
We'll see what we are really made of next week when we play New England, who I suspect will show up ready to kill somebody after this game against Carolina.

Exactly, they haven't played any playoff contenders yet. I'm not saying that they only won because they were playing average-below average team, cause I do think they are a Top 3 team in the AFC.
